Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions determine the relationship between the online store Elmars Vitrungs crafts & more (evcm.lv) (hereinafter – the Seller) and the customer (hereinafter – the Buyer) when making purchases and orders in the online store.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Buyer places orders for goods through this website by selecting the goods, indicating their quantity, and choosing the delivery method.
1.2. The purchase contract between the Buyer and the Seller enters into force at the moment when the Buyer successfully confirms the order and makes the payment.
2. Prices and Payment Procedure
2.1. All prices of goods in the online store are indicated in euros (€).
2.2. The Buyer can make payments using the secure payment tools integrated into the online store:
Bank payment cards and online banking (SEB EveryPay).
PayPal payment system.
2.3. If necessary, the Seller can prepare and send an advance invoice to the Buyer's e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.
3. Delivery
3.1. Delivery of goods is provided to the Republic of Latvia, the Baltic States, the European Union, and other countries worldwide in accordance with the selected delivery zone and method.
3.2. Standard delivery time within Latvia (using parcel lockers) is usually within 1–3 business days after receiving payment, if the item is in stock.
3.3. For goods manufactured to individual order, the delivery and manufacturing time is agreed upon with the Buyer individually.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Return of Goods
4.1. In accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, the Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods by sending a notice of withdrawal to the Seller.
4.2. It is the Buyer's obligation to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the notice of withdrawal. All expenses related to returning the goods shall be covered by the Buyer.
4.3. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where:
The goods are manufactured specifically for the Buyer to an individual order (e.g., personalized items);
By their nature, the goods have become inextricably mixed with other items after delivery;
The goods have been used or damaged through the fault of the Buyer.
4.4. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to withhold compensation or refuse a return if the item is damaged or lacks its original packaging.
5. Data Processing and Confidentiality
5.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of their personal data necessary for the execution and delivery of the order in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments.
5.2. The Buyer's e-mail address is used solely for notifications related to order processing and fulfillment. The Seller does not disclose the Buyer's data to third parties, except for logistics partners providing the delivery of goods.
